How It Works

Three steps to being heard

You don't need to have every detail organized before you reach out. Start with what's changing, what's been tried, and what feels most urgent — that's enough to begin.

Free consultation — 20 minutes, no obligation

A relaxed call, by phone or video. You tell me your story; I listen. Then I tell you honestly whether and how I can help — and if I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and point you toward better options when I can.

Good to have ready

  • What's changing, and what feels most urgent
  • What's already been tried
  • Any deadlines — appeals, appointments, discharges

What you won't need

  • Full medical records or test results
  • Insurance ID numbers or personal identifiers
  • A polished, complete history

A clear plan, in writing

If we work together, we define goals and scope side by side. You'll receive a written plan with priorities, a realistic timeline, and transparent pricing — hourly or flat-fee — before anything begins. No surprises, no open-ended commitments.

I get to work — and follow through

Research, calls, appointments, appeals — whatever the plan calls for. You get regular plain-language updates, every open item is tracked until it's closed, and you stay in control of every decision. The answer may take longer than it should, but that's never a reason to stop asking.

What happens when you reach out

Email or the contact form goes straight to me — no staff, no call center. I personally respond within one business day. Whatever you share stays private: nothing is discussed with anyone, including family members, without your explicit permission. Please keep detailed medical records out of that first message — we'll set up a secure way to share documents if we work together.
